1982 Capital is a brand name and does not itself hold a capital markets services licence. Private equity and venture capital strategies are managed by 1982 Ventures Pte. Ltd., a licensed Venture Capital Fund Manager regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Private credit and other investment strategies are created in partnership with Asialinq Investments Pte. Ltd., a licensed fund manager regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
3. No offer or solicitation
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, invitation or general solicitation to buy or sell any investment, security or investment product in any jurisdiction. Any offer of interests in a fund is made only through that fund's confidential offering documents, and those documents prevail over anything stated on this site.
